We have several eager incoming kindergarteners forming our Lion den!

As a Lion, your kindergartner will make friends, laugh loud, gain confidence, discover nature, and most of all…have fun! They’ll experience the Scouting concepts of character development, leadership, citizenship, and personal fitness through engaging and exciting adventures.

Lions will have a blast exploring the world around them in ways that fuel their imagination and creativity. Together, they’ll take their first steps down the path to success. Adventure awaits!

The Lion uniform consists of an official Lion t-shirt and optional hat. Lions will also earn adventure loops which can be worn on a Cub Scout belt. These can be purchased from the Scout Shop in Lakewood or more information and online purchase options can be found from the Scout Shop linked here.

You will also need to purchase the Lion kit, including a scout handbook, parent guidebook, and stickers from the Scout Shop or online using the link above.

Our pack will provide each Scout with our activity uniform (sometimes called a Class B uniform.) The activity uniform is a more casual uniform consisting of a yellow t-shirt.

Unless otherwise directed, Lions should wear their official Lions shirt (with optional belt/hat) to den and pack meetings.
